SOL delivers the reception and orientation journey for 180 Chinese-language teachers

SOL delivered an integrated operating journey to receive and prepare 180 teachers arriving from China, connecting travel, accommodation, reception, transport and onboarding requirements in one coordinated path.

The programme included professional and cultural orientation, events and tours, and coordinated work with relevant organisations and service providers through deployment across ten education departments.

The project created a repeatable operating model for future cohorts, supported by field teams and central scheduling from arrival through workplace deployment.
