Fifty tour guides complete a specialist qualification programme in Makkah

A programme delivered by SOL in collaboration with ITMI, progressing from 350 candidates to 50 qualified guides in its final stage.

SOL delivered a tour-guide qualification and training project for the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites in collaboration with the International Tour Management Institute, ITMI.

The programme began with 350 candidates and progressed through screening, assessment and applied development stages before qualifying 50 tour guides in its final phase.

The scope brought together learning-journey design, delivery management and partner coordination to prepare guides for a professional experience reflecting Makkah's distinct cultural significance.
